Telecom
Management Services, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Mr. Paul F. Rogers, and reflects
the culmination of a lifetime of telecommunications knowledge, service, and
client empathy. Mr. Rogers began work for Michigan Bell in 1970 and rose
through the service ranks to supervise telecommunication networks for
Citizens Insurance Company of America for 5 years. After his fifteen year
career with Michigan Bell, Mr. Rogers formed Telecom Management Services to
provide telecommunications consulting services to area schools and
businesses.
In very short order,
Telecom Management was called upon to provide a broader array of services
in response to client needs. Mr. Rogers quickly expanded his staff and his
capabilities to include system installations and structured cabling
projects. These non consultative projects were conducted by the second company
founded by Mr. Rogers, CommTech Services. For a number of years Telecomm
Management and CommTech Services provided voice and data networking
services to education, banking, and SMB clients throughout Southeastern
Michigan. In 2003 CommTech Services and Telecom Management Services were
merged to become CommTech Services Group, Inc. A new name, larger
facilities, and additional staff extends our capabilities, but has not
changed our approach to business, nor the basic mission upon which the
corporation was founded.
